Thank you for shopping at Watnum Veda. We truly appreciate your trust in our spiritual products and services.
All our items — including Thai amulets, charm perfumes, and other spiritually blessed products — are prepared, energized, and packaged with utmost care.
Because of their sacred, personal, and energetic nature, we follow a strict but fair return and refund policy outlined below.
1. General Policy
All purchases made through Watnum Veda are final and non-refundable once they are shipped.
This policy ensures the sanctity and purity of our spiritually blessed products, which cannot be resold or reused once handled or opened.
2. Eligibility for Replacement (Damaged or Defective Items)
We take quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel at:

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:
Your order number
Photos or videos clearly showing the damage/defect
Photos of the packaging (including shipping label)
After reviewing your request, if approved, we may offer:
A replacement of the same product, or
Store credit for a future purchase (at our discretion)
Please note: We cannot process replacement requests after 3 days from delivery.
3. Conditions Not Eligible for Refund or Return
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
Opened, used, or unsealed perfumes or oils
Spiritual items such as amulets or talismans (once shipped or handled)
Items damaged due to customer misuse, negligence, or poor storage
Delay in shipping due to customs or courier factors beyond our control
Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product’s metaphysical effects (as these vary from person to person)
4. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@watnumveda.com with your order number.
If your order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Refund Processing (if applicable)
If your refund request is approved (in exceptional cases), we will notify you via email.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a replacement is approved, Watnum Veda will bear the cost of re-shipping the new item to you.
For returns requested due to customer error (if approved), the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.
7. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your order is marked as “delivered” by the courier but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, building security, or your local courier office first.
Watnum Veda is not responsible for lost packages confirmed as delivered. However, we’ll do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the courier service.
8. International Orders
For international customers, customs clearance delays or additional import fees may occur depending on your country’s regulations.
These are beyond our control and not eligible for refunds or disputes.
9. Spiritual Disclaimer
Our charm perfumes, amulets, and other products are spiritual enhancers intended to promote positive energy, confidence, and emotional well-being.
However, as spiritual results vary individually, we cannot guarantee any specific outcome. Refunds will not be issued based on spiritual or energetic expectations.
