Please read the following policy to understand how we handle shipping, delivery, and related matters.


1. Order Processing Time

Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we begin processing it immediately.

  • Processing time: 0–1 day

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM IST will be processed the next day.

During festive periods, high-demand sales, or custom blessing rituals, processing may take slightly longer. We will always keep you informed via email if any delay occurs.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We partner with reliable domestic and international courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • Estimated delivery: 0–6 days after dispatch


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Order weight and size

  • Shipping service selected at checkout

Final shipping costs will be displayed before you confirm your order.

From time to time, Watnum Veda may offer free shipping promotions — these will be clearly mentioned on the website or during checkout.


4. Packaging & Handling

All items are carefully packed using secure, eco-friendly materials to ensure safe delivery.
For spiritually blessed products such as amulets and charm perfumes, we include protective coverings or sacred packaging where applicable.

If you receive a damaged parcel, please do not discard the packaging — it will be required for damage claims.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking ID

  • The courier company’s name or link

You can track your order online using the tracking number provided in your email or on your Watnum Veda account dashboard.

If your tracking number does not update within 3–5 business days, please contact us at support@watnumveda.com for assistance.


6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are accurate and complete at the time of placing your order.
Watnum Veda will not be responsible for delayed or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

If you wish to modify your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 12 hours at support@watnumveda.com.


7. Delays & Force Majeure

While we strive to deliver your order promptly, unforeseen events may occasionally cause delays, including:

  • Natural disasters or extreme weather

  • Customs inspections or import restrictions

  • Courier service disruptions or strikes

Watnum Veda shall not be held liable for delays beyond our reasonable control, but we will do our best to assist you.


8. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the parcel:

  1. Check with your local courier office or neighbors.

  2. Wait 24–48 hours — sometimes couriers mark “delivered” before the actual handover.

If the issue persists, contact us at support@watnumveda.com with your order number.
We will coordinate with the courier company to investigate and resolve the matter.

Watnum Veda, however, cannot be held responsible for stolen or misplaced packages after confirmed delivery.
